Sneeze, or cough and I tinkle...normal? TMI

Im more then annoyed now. I don't feel like I have anything in my bladder but apparently I do. Is it normal when you sneeze or cough, even if you don't feel like you have to pee, that it happens anyway, and not like a lot but just enough to have to shower or change your pantyliner/ and or undies? I am getting aggravating today it keeps happening. Any suggestions as how to stop it? I am 25 weeks btw.

Totally normal. Get used to it, daughters almost 1. Still do it.

Yep its normal during pregnancy but its only gonna get worse as you get further along.
Do your pelvic floor exercises religiously, they make such a difference!!

From what I've heard, it's normal. I do it nearly every time I sneeze. Kegal exercises and pelvic floor exercises are supposed to help.

I do it almost everyday..it's normal. Can't prevent it unfortunately

Sorry, I know it doesn't seem funny to you, but I can't help but giggle. I remember when this started. Aiden is 3 months old, my body is back to "normal" and it still happens all the time.

My Mom is 60, started after she had me and still happens.... You'll just have to get used to it. One of the many "joys" of Motherhood  

my kids are 8, 6, 3 and 2.. I still have to stop walking, cross my legs, and hold my stomach to sneeze.. I didnt do my Kegels

yep girl totatlly normal! i have actually peed twice on myself this pregnancy lol!! it sucks. but it's the baby pressing on your bladder. also like the other people said, it will probably stick with you after having him... it just makes your bladder weaker.

I use to notice when i would pee on myself but now i can't make it more than 2 hours without having to change my panty liner from him putting so much pressure on my bladder it's like i leak without even noticing as much >.< lol
