TWO pregnancy questions (biking & bleeding)

First off, i hope everyone had a good thanksgiving,
we just got home about an hour ago from ours, and man- it was a GREAT day  

Second of all, I'm almost 19 weeks along and have two questions.

Feel free to read/answer just one or both   which ever  

BLEEDING question:
1. about 9ish days ago, i went to the doctors with semi-bright bleeding and blood clots. they didn't have an explanation for it (said heart beat was good and we hadn't had sex in a bit so it wasn't that & everything else looked good) so they said no sex for 3 days, then to at least take it easy.
Well, we give it like, 3 x's that instead, to be safe.
Have sex, (just a bit ago), bleeding again   (kinda bright)
Is this just 'normal' post-sex cervical irritation or should i be worried?

BIKE question:
2. at my parents tonight, noticed my mom had just gotten one of these
this is fine during pregnancy right? (i'm not working out hardcore like i did with my last pregnancy and need to start again)
stupid question: will it benefit me over all or just keep my legs in the shape they're in?

Dude I tried one of those bike things when I was pregnant and felt like dying haha. I did a mile on it and was so sore.

i worked out so much when i was pregnant with clara (til doc said no more cos i passed out) and i've been lazy this time around!

I tried to be active, but failed myself  

Do u know where your placenta is located? It's not very typical to bleed ffrom
Your cervixes blood vessels after the first trimester. I bleed from
Placenta previa and that's what it sounds like to me. But idk if your dr has said anything or if youve had an u/s lately to know.

For the bike if you're bleedin you should not be usin that right now.

see, we've had post sex bleeding before, but this was oddly bright  
we definitely were more gentle, but cos of 'size' no matter how we do it, he hits my cervix

i had a low laying placenta with my son and they told me i had to wait until it moved up to have sex because it could tear

i was like 18 weeks and it moved up in about a month. they noticed it when they did the anatomy scan and i freaked out because it takes a few days for them to get the results so i found out a week later and we were not gentle at all back then but thankfully nothing bad happened.

bright = new blood. i would just stop having sex all together since it keeps happening.

If i was bleeding every time I had sex, I probably wouldn't risk it. Also, every time there's blood, especially in the 2nd trimester, you should call your ob and let them know.
