Christmas for a toddler!

My son will be 16.5 months at Christmas time. He has much of what he wants/needs. I will be getting him some clothes, books and maybe a few random things for his stocking ie. socks, toothbrush.

But I would like to get him one big gift and I was thinking of getting him a ball pit. This is the one on toys r us I am considering, what do you ladies think? and do you think I should buy additional balls? or should I go with a completely different idea!

My 16 month old is OBSESSED with balls. A ball pit would be an excellent idea IMO  

My daughter has one from toys r us and she likes it. Hers does need more balls though.....

Not that exact one. It is a princess house-type thing.

Yeah he really loves the ones at our Go Bananas (indoor play place).
So I am thinking he will like it!

I know that Walmart here carries them in store.  

I got that for my son. He's 11 months now and absolutely loves it. I'd get extra balls, just because they get smashed and lost quite easily.
