I understand somewhat. That is a hard thing to deal with. I have anxiety and PTSD and people touching me really freaks me out.

Are you being treated?

Are you on meds? I feel like I'll never live a normal life. I go through ups and downs. I haven't been diagnosed with anything specific because I won't go to a psychiatrist. I just go on antidepressants every couple years and then quit when it gets good and then get to the point of suicide before I get help. It sucks. I hate being this way. You're not alone mama. It's so hard

I think it is great you have a diagnosis so you can start the healing process. Sometimes it can be difficult to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but good days will come again, I promise! Much love to you

No. I've tried multiple treatments that haven't worked. I've just thrown in the towel.

Yup. Multiple times, multiple kinds. Meds too. I'm thinking about shock therapy.
