A night to myself!!

My son wanted to go spend the night with his cousins. My brother is sleeping at is girlfriends house. Time for some cake vodka and gone with the wind  

I'm not sure what that means. Like. Are you alone? Do moms do that? Like...what do you do when you're alone? I'm so confused. Time..to...myself? That happens? What?
