Bronchitis, Strep?

I've been sick for about two weeks now, maybe a day or two more. I've had this disgusting phlegmy, barking, incessant, tickly cough (you know the kind). Sore, raw throat (probably from all the coughing I've been doing). Constant migraine, unless I take a Tylenol or two, and even then it only takes the edge off for a few hours. Body is sore everywhere. I haven't been able to medicate myself past a Halls because I'm BF.

My grandma asked me if I have bronchitis or strep. Does all that sound like one of those? I can go to an urgent care clinic this weekend if I really need to, but it's my daughter's birthday tomorrow and her party is on Saturday so it's already a pretty cramped weekend. I don't want to make the time if I'm just going to be told "Sorry" and be sent on my way.

If I do go and it turns out I just have this cold from hell, what can I do to help it, if anything? TIA!

Why would you have waited this long? You could be contagious and and if it's strep and left untreated, it can spread through your body.

Because I've never had either of those and thought it was just a cold. Tons of kids from Adria's school have been sick as well as friends I have visited recently.
