When I try to sleep I just can't fall asleep at all. I can feel the anxiety keeping me from falling asleep it jerks me away when I get anywhere near close to falling asleep. I took 50 mg of benedryl 30 minutes ago and I guess I'll try again soon to get some sleep     I might resort to taking a small dose of clonazepam tonight. I'm already prescribe a low does .5 I would take hafe of that no more than the whole pill as needed I have even taken one quarter of a pill and thinking that's what I'll try first if I feel I need to resort to that

You do know that coming off of clanazipam you can also with drawl and get more anxiety and not be able to sleep. GL I know how you feel.
