when we are home, we go to our family's houses (grandma's, mom's). The past couple of years we have hosted, but this year we are going to a friend's house.

I am usually at my parents, but they are 500 miles away, so it's just us 3, lazing around, making a nice big turkey dinner, watching movies later, maybe breaking out the wii.

I normally work... I don't celebrate colonial thanksgiving. But we did do a harvest festival earlier this fall.

Today nothing since my in-laws changed it to Saturday on us last min. I really wish we had gone with our original plan with just us and kids.

Thanksgiving has been made into our Military family holiday. Since a lot of us travel for Easter and Christmas, this our time with each other.
We'll be going to a friends house later. Sometimes we pick up homeless vagrants in the weeks leading up to the day. And by homeless vagrants, I mean junior Marines that don't have families and aren't going home.
