I sent DH to the store the other day to get a ham for Thanksgiving since we're staying home. I didn't pay attention to it until just now. It's 11lbs and it doesn't have any other cooking instructions but "cook until middle of ham is 160 degrees". I don't have a cooking thermometer, what time and temp should I cook it on??
When I buy a ham I always cook it for an hour at 350 no matter how many pounds (and it's what the intructions always days to do) It's never failed me. It's cook already anyway.
