I posted about this a few days ago, but...the pain hasn't let up.
My inner thighs, entire pubic area, and the underneath of my belly hurt so bad. It feels like I got trampled on by a horse. It is bearable in the mornings, but as the day goes on and I'm up, walking around.....By the time evening gets here, I'm almost in tears. Sitting up, standing up, walking, turning in bed...is excruciating pain.
I get that it's pressure because the baby is heavier, but I feel like he's about to fall out. Anything I can do to relieve the pain?
I have the same thing going on. This might sound silly but 2 things i do r...lean on the side of my couch, its about waist high, have my legs shoulder width maybe a little bit wider and let my back muscles relax allowing my belly to hang...second i get in bed chest on the bed up on my knees, it takes the pressure off my hips n cervix, atleast for a little bit. Hang in there we r almost done!
