ive known some women to have breech babies up until their last week. usually they will schedule your csection and then the week before check you again to see if anything has change. thats what they did to me

and ps even if you have to get a csection the baby can see be okay. plenty of women have csections everyday.yes its not the ideal situation but hey whatever needs to happen and is best for baby esp a breech one

Really shouldn't worry. Mine was breech until 34 weeks. My Dr said if she didn't turn by 1 month before my due date they would try to turn her themselves. You can deliver breech but I'm assuming your Dr is not experienced in that if they would want to do a c-section.

i really wanted to give vaginal birth just because of how long it takes to heal from the C section... and im worried that if i get a C section something could go wrong...

I'm 34 weeks and this baby STILL doesn't know what direction he wants to be in. I always say he's going to try to come out sideways.

Most of the time, they will turn without you even knowing it. If not, then a c-section is inevitable. It's not worth worrying about right now. You still have 10 weeks for her to figure out where she wants to go! You could be 39 weeks and 6 days and...bam! Head down. Or she could turn head down.......and then move again and be breech again.

i ended up having one and the first few days was rough but honestly it wasnt as bad as i imagined it to be. yes i needed to try and take it easy once i got home but i wasnt in any serious pain or anything. it wasnt too bad.. i just needed extra help with certain things

My baby flipped back and forth until about 37 weeks. She was head down when she was born. Babies have been known to flip back and forth until right before birth. I know someone whose baby kept flipping and then was head down when she went in for her induction, but flipped during labor. They really can turn at any time.

My suggestion to you is to look at spinningbabies.com and check the positioning techniques there. Also, try seeing a Webster-certified chiropractor.

they say the sooner you get up and start to walk after your csection the easier recovery you will have. yes that first time feels horrible and weird but it does get better. of course i would have rathered a natural delivery but i just want to ensure you that if needed a csection isnt as horrible as some may think

That is bullsmurf lol, babies can turn the whole time. My daughter flipped breech ever single week up until she was born at 40, every week I had to get the chiro to turn her back. Don't worry about it right now honestly.

AND I wouldn't schedule a section until I went into labor, babies will often turn right before labor. I second the chiro, my chiro turned my daughter many times.

you're taking just as much risk for something to go wrong by smoking while pregnant.

talk to your doctor about delivering if she is breech the day you go into labor. c-section is the last thing they consider here if the baby is breech. they assess if it's possible for the mom to do so or not by doing and ultrasound to check how wide her pelvis is.
