Help

Hi I am 34 weeks pregnant have have lost my plug and keep getting sharp pains down there can anyone tell me what this is ??

all I know is you can lose your plug way early and still not go into labor. but could be pre labor?

I first started losing my plug at 24 weeks and was having cramping so bad it would make me cry. I had my son at 39+1.

I also having bad noesbleed is this normal ?
