how are you cooking your turkey

i usually dont cover it in the oven but some people are telling me to put foil over it for the first 2 hours. what do you ladies do?

We cook it in a turkey bag.

Turkey bag and I flip it upside down on the breast so it is super juicy. It pretty much just falls apart after it comes out.
