Constant Pressure!!?

Hey ladies!

I am 28 Weeks Pregnant and have had a constant pressure in the viginal area, as well as pains in my left hip. I cant do anything to get rid of it and even sitting down i can feel it there, I cant move anything as the pain gets worse and nearly cripples me over in agony. I spoke to my midwife regarding this and she said its normal in 2nd pregnancy and there is nothing that can be done about it.. basically i have to just deal with it and carry on... Does anyone have the same or dealt with the same and have any idea on how to ease it??

Then i get told that because i am of plus size i am at more risk of getting Gestation Diabeties and have now been listed as High Risk instead of being Low throughout the pregnancy so far... Has anyone had this blood test done??

this is my 2nd also..and ive had the same thing your describing. esp now that im 2 wks away from having him... they told me its normal too... the only thing that helped me out a little was laying on my right side with pillows between my legs.. or on my back with my legs up. it def sucks!! and as far as the GD i dont see why they would put u as high risk unless you have it? did u have ur sugar test yet? they usually do it around 28 weeks. im plus size and they mentioned i could get GD but ended up not having it.
