It's brine! Water, salt, sugar (and brown sugar) and some spices. It's like a marinade, I guess.... supposedly makes the turkey niiiiice and moist.

Nah, we thawed it in the package it came in, and then last night put it in the brine. But, yeah, the oven bag is spectacular. haha

Yeah.. I ended up leaving them because they got busted growing weed to sell. (Not that I'm against weed, I just would have lost my ems degree if I stayed). They were smurfs. I've lived on farms most of my life. Hard sometimes, but is rather clean a stall full of horse smurf than clean my house

I didn't have a big enough pan! We put it in the fridge just in the bag and it was rolling all over the place.

i don't really know. i know his best friend's grandfather owns a ton of potato farms and he worked there, but i know there were others, too. he said he liked driving the smurf spreaders lol
