Is it caused by baby's position? I think his back is to mine, my tummy is pretty soft right now.

I honestly have no idea. When mine started I just thought it was bad backache but it didnt get better and when I woke up it was way worse and started to come around to my stomach. When I started bleeding, I went in and was 3 cm so they kept me and I gave birth that night. Not to scare you just sharing my experience..it very well could just be a backache lol

You're just getting bigger. It literally happens overnight, back pains, hip pains. Surround yourself with pillows. One between your knees, one behind your back. It helps *some* unless you invest in a body pillow. Other than that there's not much you can do from now until LO arrives

Just his position. He was pushing on my back so all is well.

I feel your pain. It use to be just my back, but now it's in my pelvic area as well. I did get a little relief last night when I stack a fluffy pillow between my legs and slept on my side. Also, a heating bad or sock/bag of warm rice does wonders. A hot bath before bed is helpful too, just be sure the water doesn't fully cover your belly so it can regulate the temperature.

He had both hands and feet by his face and butt to my back today at his ultrasound. And he's head down in my pelvis, so he thinks he's good...me not so much lol
