If women do it all again (there are crazies who have like 15 kids out there) then it shows you that it's worth it.
Have someone to squeeze and to make get you stuff. Keep hydrated (Gatorade is good - you might not want to eat during labor) and try to breathe so you're muscles don't tense up, luckily I didn't tear because the epidural apparently relaxed me so much SWEET!

It will be the worst pain you ever felt. I went in telling myself this is going to hurt like holly hell. Yes it hurt but I honestly expected worse. I scared myself so bad it ended up not living up to my expectations. Once you are holding your little one you will not even remember the pain. I also did it all natural wouldn't have it any other way. You can do it our bodies were made to do this

What does this even mean? Clearly it can take more than that because women handle childbirth all the time...

OP it hurts but you'll get through it.

The one with the baby coming out that gives you the pain amounts and that it is equivalent to 20 bones fracturing lol.
It was suggested to me to drink it during labor, I didn't drink it throughout the pregnancy though but you can but stuff like Dioralyte which is the medical equivalent to Gatorade   it just replaces the salts that you lose when you're working out/unwell/pushing humans out

Eh, I thought it hurt but not really as bad as everyone says it does. It's just something you have to experience to understand. Its more uncomfortable than anything. Feels like a really bad period or really bad diarrhea. Contractions come in waves.. in between the contractions there isn't pain, just room to collect your thoughts. Unless you're induced then that smurf is way more painful than real, natural contractions.

Brutal. I had 2 all natural back labours. Both my boys came out face up.

hurt like a smurf, i also had a uterine infection that already was causing me excruciating back pain, along with laboring in my back, the epidural was my best friend.

Pretty much feels like the worst period cramps ever. Worst pain I've ever felt, but it was so worth it once I got to hold my baby for the first time.

It feels like someone is jamming a jack hammer into your hip bone and twisting your spine. That's the only way I can describe it lol but it's totally worth it. Once she's out of you, your whole body will relax and it'll be amazing.
