i am not full breast feeding i was for about 4 almost 5 weeks but my milk supply was drying up, so i pump every chance i get to get as much as i can for him and im on tablets to help with the supply as well. I dont really eat much during the day i jsut snack and i need to get out of that, i just found it easier for me if i snacked threw out the day and had dinner as my main meal as i am home for 7 to 9 hours a day 5 days a week, but im thinkign about on his days off cook the meals for the week so we just haev to take them outta the frezzer or something

i eat alot of pasta(live with italians), i think before i go in to a serious diet i need to start to eat properly having 3 meals a day

i probly drink soft drink like 4 times amonth, i drink loads of water, and sometimes ill have a powerade if we are out and about. When i snack its normally shit like chips and muslie bars, it also depends on what we have sometime ill cut up a fruit salad and have that

i cant eat Dairy products onyl if they are low fat or skim, ever since i was half way threm my pregnancy i couldnt eat full cream dairy products, youghurt still makes me feel gross and like i need to vomit, so i dont eat or drink alot of dairy's, as for bread i bearly get a chance to eat it sicne my bfs father beats us to all our food, i eat alot of veges when we have meat as well, i try my best to think healthy but im gonna have to try harder

thanks for you help

i don't know how much it costs, but one of my friend here on baby gaga is doing weight watchers. she hasn't been on it that long and has already lost 30 pounds or somethin insane! i guess it really works. its a point system, they assign a number of points you can eat each day depending on your body type. they sell weight watchers food at the store but you can also find out the point values for everyday regular food.

I lost 16 kgs in12 weeks sticking to a really strict diet, mostly protiens and not many carbs at all...

My fnd has gest diabetes and she found that eating wholemeal bread, higher protein and less carbs with minimal sugars, ie meusli bars are high in sugar, the weight is just falling off her.. she has to eat cery small amounts every couple of hours, which had firced her metabolism to increase. She is doing great... try looking on the onternet for diabetic diets...

also, with pasta, try and steer away form big portions and creamy sauces...they are a killer for the waistline I know... carbonara is one of my weaknesses too.

Those shake diets are ok and I have tried a few too, but they are only a temporary solution...its true, if you want to keep it off you usually have to change your tastes and the way you cook and what you cook....
if you are looking at a starter meal replacement, I have heard terry white is goot, but can cause constipation, there is one from Aldi thats fairly cheap and I didnt mind Optifast...the vanilla was better than the choc IMO.

i walk for at least an hour a day. Grace is always with me in the pram so its getting her out side and giving me exercise   walking works wonders
also when im playing with grace i lay on my back on the floor and lift her above me head like shes a weight and bring her down kiss her on the head or say boo... she loves it.. and helps with the weight loss too   hope this helped..
