Turkey temp?

posted 22nd Nov
I have a 9.5 lb turkey, ad it saidninwas supposed to bake it at 325 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hours. It's midnight now, and it's been in the oven since 8:30! It's not burned or dried out or anything like that, but when I check the temp with the meat thermomometer it's only at 140-150

Helppppp

the 325 is the oven temp, not the internal temp the turkey should be at. Does it have a popper that pops out once it's done?

I know, I have the oven at 325 but the directions say the internal temp is supposed to be 170 in the breast and 180 in the thigh :/
I wish I got one with the pop up thing

Oh okay, I always did ours in a roasting pan but I would do it at a lower temp and baste every couple hours. And always had the popper, so I never worried about the internal temp. I would try covering it for a bit just to get the temp up and then uncover when it's reached the right temp.
