now I'm a little worried

Ok, so my baby its due Dec 29th i was planning on having my mil with me either in the delivery room or watching my older son, since my husband might be at work when i go into labor, well i just found out today she will be gone that entire month, now I'm nervous where do i put my son if i go into labor while dh is at work.do i take him with me?

I honestly dont think you can... my hospital says no one under the age of 14. So i would check into it beforehand.

How are you getting to the hospital? maybe a friend or relative can watch him out in the waiting area when its time to push or when the labor gets intense. I had a few people lined up to drive me & babysit if needed because i was afraid of the same thing happening

Hubby cant leave work? I think if you went in to full blown labor the hospital will not turn you away because you have a child with you.

I brought a friend down to Utah with me to watch DD while I labored and birthed DS.
Maybe you can have a friend watch your child.

I have told all my family around me i may be calling them for a ride to the hospital but i dunno i guess i was just relying a lot more on my mil for support since she was there with me for my sons birth. My dh was no help the first time at all so now im panicking a little.

Maybe have a babysitter that you can call just in case? We have someone lined up in case it works out like this.

Oh yeah he will deff be able to leave work but my first labor from the time my water broke to the time he was born was two hours soi don't want too wait for him to get home before i go to the hospital, as i don't want to risk having baby at home since it might take him an hour to get home. And my labor didn't start until after my water broke
