My daughtet had something like that and the dr said it was bacterial and gave antibiotics. When I got her dressed to go to the dr there was no rash and within an hour there were red areas on her stomache.

nope. just the few on her back and then 2 spots on her side. they seem like they are fading a little bit though so maybe it was just heat rash.

My DD got a rash like this and it went from zero to sixty fast. Keep an eye on it. And they told me it was bacterial virus, but after antibiotics she still had it. Benadryl helped some. She would wake up just covered in red welt looking things for almost a month. I hated taking her placing because people would just stare at her.
