But I usually have josh or my mom take AJ for a while and play video games or read on my kindle. Anything that absorbs all of my thoughts and gets my mind off of whatever I was thinking.

If I'm in a full blown attack, though, I give AJ to my mom and I have josh help me breathe and try to calm me. It's easier having someone talk you through it.

Thanks, I am a little better but still worried about it....sucks   I wish I had someone to take Lily for a little bit but I don't. My mom is here but she never hangs out with the baby for long.
