do you drink alcohol on Thanksgiving or Christmas? if so, what kind? stuff like beer or wine coolers or harder like vodka or tequila?

i ALWAYS have apple cider... but SO will have a beer or maybe a small mixed drink.. my dad will have both a few beers and a few mixed drinks (hell end up buzzed) and my mom just has soda

we usually having drinking parties or whoever lives here drinking (with the goal to get drunk) on other holidays (St. Patty's, Halloween, 4th or July- which i usually try not to get drunk on in case something bad happens with the fireworks). But being that Thanksgiving and Christmas are more family holidays (though the in-laws are usually at our house for the fore mentioned holidays) i have never really thought about it or desired to do it. Something about this year has me thinking about how nice a few wine coolers would be... idk why.
