Yeah I know what you mean!
I go to go home on christmas day in the morning which I was thankful for.
Only part that sucked was everyone was gone for christmas so I never got to speak to the lactition for help because she was out.

yeah they say your more prone to getting pre-e with your first and usually if u dont get it with your first you should be in the clear.. but i got it with my first so i am xtra prone to getting it this time.

Some people say that but I've always thought and read that it has to do with the placenta so there's no connection. Meaning if you've had it in the past there isn't any greater chance of you getting it again. But everyone says something different so I don't know.

That's what I'm saying, seems like every Dr. says something different. Mine actually told me that it doesn't matter. But I guess it doesn't really matter because if you've had it once I'm sure you're going to be extra observant in your next pregnancy, ya know? Now that I know what to look for I'll actually watch for it and take it a lot easier.

very true. like i had lots of soda and stuff with my first just didnt watch myself and i ended up with gestational diabetes. this time, i didnt drink any soda.. especially regular and never had energy drinks.. i really watched myself.. towards the midddle or end few months ive had diet sodas (still not good) but if i had one it was only one maybe every few days. but i dont have GD this time, so i must of known what to do.

Yep exactly! With me, I went to Disney World at 24 weeks and was on my feet all day long. I literally went from being sooo lazy to that and I gave myself contractions and so much swelling. It was horrible but I know now that I need to actually be a little more active every day for a little bit instead of all at once lol.

I was certain I wouldn't make it to even 39 weeks.
Well...there's still a baby in my belly at two days past 40.

I got a gut feeling around 34 weeks I wouldn't make it to full term, I just made it to term when I had my boy at 37 weeks (hospital dates) & 38 weeks on the dot from my dates. He was a nice size too (:
