Best detox?

Anyone know of a good detox cleanse?

your gonna hear it from alot of mommas so imma just get it out of the way lol

dont smoke... if you dont do it you cant in trouble..

The standard process cleanse is pretty good because it supports the body with nutrients while allowing it to detox. The first three days are supposed to be the roughest. I've done it once.

Generally it does. I lost a little... Way less than my nutrition dr estimated but many of her other patients were very successful.
