Most likely. I know some employers do look up FB pages, obviously the company she worked for didn't. I'm almost sure that if they knew about the photo earlier, they would have taken action against her.

I don't know why that's a big deal, to be honest. If they found it on their own, they'd probably be just as upset. No reputable organization wants someone who's been depicted as a disrespectful snot to work for them. I would fully expect to be fired if I were on a trip paid for by my employer, I did something nasty, and it raised a stink. Like I said, there's a time and place.
