its' hard to make Tday dinner for a small amount of people.

I only have 2 people.

we're making a 12 lb turkey (smallest they had)
mashed potatoes
green bean cassarole
shrimp cocktail
stuffing
cheesecake

At least you'll have plenty for left-overs!
I usually make a left-over casserole for the next nights dinner.   It's yum.
