Texas to nullify NDAA and TSA

What do you think about this? Texas is preparing to nullify two major government programs.

Why the TSA...? I get that they are annoying smurfs, but what harm do they really do?

I think it doesn't matter since it will be overturned in the courts. So thus wasting taxpayer time and money to make a pointless statement.

If you read the links, it states that they violate your 4th Amendment Constitutional rights of protection against illegal search and seizure. They need a warrent before they can legally violate/molest you.

Texas has tons of money in surplus that they use on lawsuits like this. The state of Oklahoma looks like is also about to also file suit.

I don't know, I've never felt violated or molested by them. It's all for the greater good, right? You get pat down and wanded, but you board a plane free of bombs.

It's not about money, it's about the fact it will get struck down no matter how many lawsuits they put up there. Nullification has never succeeded. And to be honest I doubt it will come to a full vote anyway. Simply saber rattling most likely.

I'm pretty sure that's been upheld as legal however. Or has been refused to be heard. However it's doubtful even if they haven't that it would be struck down.
