I'd find a way around it.
Can you get your son a prepaid cell phone? Just put enough minutes on there so you can call and talk to him, tell him it is his cell phone that you bought for him and no one else can have it, and to only use it to speak to you.
Then you can just call and speak to him as you please. Not sure how old he is, I'm assuming a wee bit older if he can speak on the phone.

Then you need to tell the court. That's your fault for dealing with it.

Well, I mean, he could be living with you and you could talk to him day and night. But, you chose for him not to.

You do realize, if this is the case, then your husband has how many guys' sloppy seconds? (thirds, fourths, fifths, sixths, whatever)
