What is that for?

I was still huge after I had Stella, I had to wear like 17s because my hips were so wide, lol. I stayed much bigger than I was pre-pregnancy, unfortunately. I bought the small because I didn't want to get the medium and then have to buy another, because the thing was $80. It adjusts some but I don't know how you predict what size you'll need after you give birth. I guess it's a little late for you to measure around your waist, lol. Ideally you'd want to have about a 37" waist, I think, then gradually tighten it as your belly shrinks.
