When to...

posted 21st Nov
make food for Thanksgiving? I have to make a King Ranch casserole for my family tomorrow, and take it 2 hours away. I would do it in the morning, but we have to be at my in-laws at 8 am. So would it be okay to do it tonight? Or should I skip the in-laws and make it in the morning? (No feelings will be hurt, I'm sure.)

TIA!

I'd put it together tonight, put it in the fridge, and bake it in the morning while you're getting ready to go.

This. I've already made quite a few side dishes today, then I just pop them in the over tomorrow.
