Is it normal

I was just thinking about when I had my 20week U/S they said my daughter was measuring at 18w5d is it normal to be just a little under what ur suppose to be?

Normal.
My daughter measured 41 weeks, and she was born at 39.
I know it's the other way around, but it's fine.
