Worried about work tomorrow.

I have a set schedule because I have specific times I have to eat and check my blood sugar. Im on a low dose blood sugar pill. They changed my schedule to were I have to work 7:30p to Midnight tomorrow for blitz, and then back in from 9a to 1p friday. I can't work long shifts because I have a messed up back and pregnancy doesn't help it. lol. My problem is I take my blood sugar pill at 10 at night right after my 45g snack then its bed. I don't have 8hrs in between to check my blood sugar from mid to 9 because Ill have to eat breakfast and drive to work. Will taking a blood sugar pill while at work make me bottom out? Wait till I get home and take it? I just don't know what to do. Thursday is excempt from the availabitly I have. Which is why I got this shift.

why don't you take your glucometer to work with you?

Oh i take my meter every day. its just I couldn't figure out if I should take my sugar pill at the same time I do every other night. Its a low grade. So i took it at around 1230 when I got home. Got back up at 7 to get ready for work and my blood sugar was at 77 which really was pretty good. It kinda worked its self out. Now if I can just get my energy back from this week I'll be doing great. LOL.
