ebates users

so I signed up for ebates. used their website to go to walmart. purchased an $80 order at walmart. went back to ebates and it said, 'did you make a purchase from walmart? if so enter your address' so I did. now its not showing that I made the purchase at all. and its not giving me ebates. im suppose to get like a $10 gift card for spending$25 or more. so how do I get this?

sometimes it takes awhile to show if its been more than a week then call them

it says i have a tracking ticket but it doesnt say i made the purchase. but i have an invoice number and everything from walmart.
im going to be making another big purchase from walmart probably online soon, so I want to be sure I have this down. and I would like to be credited for this. eh.
