Should I Go Back To The Hospital?!!

So yesterday I went to the hospital cause I started bleeing like I was on my periode after sex, so when I went I was contracting they gave me 2 shots to stop the contracting and also told me that it was possibly from the sex that made me contract, well now it's been a little over 24 hours I still have some blood when I wipe and I'm not sure if it's old blood or continuous new blood? All I know is that I've been getting those contraction cramps the ones I had yesterday cause the nurse had me hooked up to a machine and she could tell by the machine that I was contracting. Well now I'm feeling those contraction pains again sometimes it hurts a bit worse than yesterday and I'm not sure if I should go back? My doctors is closed for the rest of the week due to Thanksgiving, someone please answer this and help me?

Brown blood is old blood.
I would personally... If the contractions stopped at one point and started back up again i would def go in!

Can't you call them first? They should have someone on-call.

I'm 33 weeks as of yesterday

I would go get checked better to be safe. Especially if ur bleeding and hurting so bad

my doc office transfers numbers to the doc on call.. they have to have a delivery doc at the hospital. so you can always call your local hospital for advice..but by the way it sounds they will make you come back in. better safe especially with bleeding.

At my hospital they cant give you advice anyways they just say if you feel you should come in then do so.

If you feel like you should go in then go.
YOU know your body better than any of us.

i would go back its better to be on the safe side.. if the blood is brownish its old blood!

That's ridiculous/crazy!! Thankfully anytime I have any questions or concerns I'm able to call the on-call Dr. If you're really worried or not sure go in.

If the blood is brown-ish then it's old. If it's red, it's new.
If you're feeling like you're contracting, go into L&D.
