Important Question

I have a 6 yr old daughter and me and her father are split up. I have custody and he has visitation. I just found out that two weeks ago on one of his weekends that he had her he got arrested for petty larceny. He wont admit to it or tell me what happened or where my daughter was during this incident,but i have proof from the paper. I was wondering if theres anything i can legally do about this bc he had my daughter in his custody when this happened?

I doubt it, because he didn't commit a crime against her. Unless you can somehow prove that she was in danger.
