We just got the video and it says will need hand weights but it doesn't say anywhere which weight to Get. Does anyone know? Someone posted how much in a thread before but it was awhile back and can't find it. Thanks
Online it recommends 3lb weights and then work your way up to 5lbs when you've been doing it for awhile. With as much stuff as you do with the 30DS you probably will not want any heavier weights than 5lbs anyway.
It depends on what kind of shape you are in prior to starting. I started with five pounds and I was comfortably sore after, it wasn't too extreme. I have worked my way up to seven pounds, and am wanting to move to tens.
