do you know how many ppl on stamps and other aid don't have cars, or don't have a soup kitchen or food bank, and might live in a rural area?
I live on a mountain and have to get a ride from someone to get to the welfare office, or do any shopping outside the grocery store.
There's also no bus that goes down the mountain. And no taxis.

Credit has already been downgraded and the Dow is falling. There's no last minute anymore. They haven't had a budget in four years.

They were supposed to be a temporary program from 1939-1943.

They are supposed to pass a budget every year, but cannot agree on what it should be.

Thats a separate budget from the pres budget however.

The president presents a budget to the Senate who rewrites and approves it. The president's budget has been rejected the past three years. Last time, it failed with a 99-0 vote!! The one before that was 97-0!

I've been to both. It takes all day to get food at either and they give you enough for one day. You're telling me you'd rather have the poor or homeless stand in line all day for food instead of working or looking for work. That makes a ton of sense
