Healthy adult snacks, what do you eat?
posted 21st Nov
I need some ideas for snacks I can either just grab out of the cabinet/ fridge, or prepare and store to grab quickly.
I'm trying to lose some weight by eating healthier- and I'm doing pretty good. But snacks are throwing me off. DS only eats carrots and applesauce. I like carrots, but they get boring. Applesauce grosses me out, and is awkward to eat when running around.
So, what do you eat?

I'm pretty boring too... I always have apple slices, bananas, yogurt, celery, baked chips, pringles... haha. I'm not very inventive.

String cheese...any form of crackers and dips...And my personal favorite, yogurt covered raisins or cranberries...They are amazing! So are just the Ocean Spray cranberries. They're another of my faves.

Granola and trail mix when I am on the go. My favorite "at home" snack are crackers with any type of dip whether its hummus or cream cheese/ham/pickle dip.

I usually grab either some trail mix, string cheese, wheat thins, sliced up red, yellow or orange peppers, or those 100 calorie snacks (I like the snack wells caramel corn drizzled in white chocolate).
