breastfeeding acid reflux

My 2 month old was recently diagnosed with acid reflux (nightmare) he is on zantac 1 ml x3 and it hasn't been helping, I think I'm gonna switch to prevacid. Anyways, I breastfeed him and I was wondering what NOT to eat in my diet, i've googled a lot and it basically says not to eat anything I've looked through too many boards. Thank you so much  

I would cut out soy, beans, and dairy. Just for a while. Then you can slowly introduce more as his tummy grows to be able to handle it!

I would try eliminating dairy first!

And keep in mind dairy is everywhere and it takes about 2 weeks to completely rid your .body of it after you stop it. Also citrus and coffee are not so good either.

My son had reflux and he finally stopped spitting up and being uncomfortable around month 9 (I believe), also breastfed 😊
I tell you, the first few months with his reflux issues were a nightmare..

Thank you guys!! Ya it is horrible!!!!! I know all he wants to do is EAT, he is 14 lbs at 2 mo. So thinks like cake (with a little milk I know in it) etc. I should eliminate? Or just cheese and milk, like in a cup or in cereal. I have to completley eliminate it? I was hoping no lol but I just want him to be better.
