My and my SO are fighting right he want nothing to with me or my son so i don't have family here were im at would you just leave and take your son to go live with a friend or i can leave him my son with my mother in law till i can get on my fit in a different city

Never leave your child. That will bite you in the ass when you try to get them back. If your SO and MIL really wanted to they could say you abandoned the child.

If there is no custody order in place, either parent can take the child anywhere they want with or without the other concent or even knowledge.

I took LO from Hawaii to PA without him even knowing till he got back....

I have no where to go I live with my mother in law right now my SO wants me to leave him alone and never talk to him i have no family no where to the only place i can go is to a friend 2 hours away i have no car no money and i trying to decide if i should pack both of are stuff and leave or leave my son till i can get a job house and come get him

You have other options, you just have to get creative. Sell some of your things and get enough money for 2 bus tickets to your friends. Call the local police and ask for shelter information. Ask your friend to come get the two of you...Pay her with money from the items you sell... See, just think. You will find a solution to your problem. DON'T LEAVE YOUR CHILD!!
