i got big stuff like that at my baby shower from family....but if i was buying it myself, and there was a sell, then yes why not go and get.

I started buying at 15 weeks!! lol. The only big things I have are the swing and packn'play though. SO's mom is buying our crib and all that so I'm just waiting until she decides she wants to go shopping.

i got that stuff at my baby shower. but if you're buying it, and can do it while its on sale id definitely go for it.

Id definitely buy items when i found them on sale. Better than paying full price all at one time.

hell no I don't think it is too early. Are you for sure about the gender yet? I had my ultrasound done @ 17 weeks and they said it was a boy and then I went back 3 weeks later and they told me that I was having a girl!! I was able to return my boy clothing and exchange it for girls but thank god I didn't get the baby shower yet! lol. now that I know for sure I am doing a little shopping here and there but I wouldn't go too overboard because you may have a baby shower in your future planned by a family member!

But if its on sale, go for it.

It sounds early but if you find good deals then go for it.

Only big thing we have gotten is the car seat   LOL Hopefully I can find good deals for the rest of the stuff Friday and Monday.

We're having a baby shower but it's more of a celebration. My SO and I will buy everything and don't expect anything from anyone.

omg I would be so mad.. If we found out it was a girl at birth.. not bc I would love the baby any less but bc I would have everything for a boy lol!!
I'm getting tons of u/s in my third trimester and another selective 3d one around 28 wks.. I'll make sure we see everything clearly lmao

We're going to try and find out today what we're having, once we know, we're going to start buying.

ETA: we aren't expecting anything at the baby shower either, and have to start all over with purchasing everything since we gave away all of jays stuff. I'd rather get an early start and buy in moderation.
