I bought my son's crib and mattress when I was 15 weeks. Everything else was handed down to me from friends before he was born. I bought the pack n play after he was 2 months old. The only "big" things I have are his crib, swing(he rarely uses it), bouncer(again rarely uses it lol) and the pack n play. Everything else is downstairs in the basement..

LOL! I would be mad, too that is why I had it confirmed TWO more times. I saw all the goods and I'm sure they can't change. He posed and everything  

I honestly got basically everything I needed from our baby shower, so I didn't go shopping until 34 weeks pregnant, but I say it's never too early to shop!

I didn't Ger any big things at my shower. And knowing my family doesn't have a lot of money, I started buying things as I saw them, cheap. If I were you I would do it. I mean, just keep your receipts. I'm sure you'll be fine.
