Milk ducts?

When you get in all fours to unplugg it how long will it take? I need help! Advice, any ideas. I have done almost ecerything

That never worked for me. If you look at your nipple and you squeeze milk out, do you see a white spot anywhere on your nipple? Do you notice a spot where there isn't milk coming out? I almost always get a clog right on my nipple, a blister really, and once I get it open my clog goes away.

Other times just letting my son nurse and nurse and nurse was the only other relief.

I've never heard of getting on all fours! So I don't know lol.
Massaging, warm compress and feeding more or pumping on that boob helped me. Also massaging and hand expressing when soaking in a warm bath, if nothing works I would see your doctor.

Massage in a downward motion toward your nipple, rubbing quite hard the lump as you go.

Works really well, it's almost like your coaxing the milk down the ducts to your nipple. So you start at the top of your boob, down over the lump, to your nipple, quite firmly. Works even better if you've just had a warm bath or shower, does take some persistence though, it may not clear the first time you do it.
It's also a good thing to do before pumping as massaging first can mean you get more milk quicker.

That sounds more like a swollen lymph node. They are part of your immune system and usually swell when you're fighting off something that's trying to break out or when you're already ill. Not much you can do I'm afraid.. How long has it been like that? Could be worth seeing your doctor.

It could be, just see how it goes, if it hasn't gone in like a week then see your doc. Your boobs will get engorged and painful anyway when your milk comes in so give it a few days to settle, if it's still there get it checked out.
