Quoting TantricLemons:" Around here there are a few dr's that will even do breech deliveries and have never had a problem."
I loved the doctor I had back in Arizona. She was highly respected and genuinely cared for her patient's comfort. There weren't a lot of doctors in that particular area that holds the same rep. Because she knew my husband, she allowed him to assist in the delivery (as long as baby wasn't breech, which Alyssa wasn't) She was a big joker too. She was stitching me up as my epi was wearing off, and I was able to feel it. Not badly, but I could feel the sting. So at one point I said, "Ouch" she told me, "Quit being a baby, you're almost done, I just have 12 more to go. I am putting extra ones in there per Aaron's request."
On my last appointment with her (before moving to NM) I told her that I was going to bring a rope as a kidnapping joke, but I didn't think a judge would find that funny.
I know, I got off thread. Sorry.
