nope i pushed every day for 30 days, its only 20 mins a day i made myself do it, i had a few knee and ankle injuries during but i still did it even hurting.
and im so glad that i can now look at my before picture and know i will never let myself look like that again !!
its a long road back to my pre-preg weight of 130lbs but im committed and determined !
