I'm talking about jobs in SKILLED labor fields. Such as Automotive technician positions. Smurf like that SHOULD be filled by trained US citizens before Illegal Immigrants.

Warehouse, forklift, construction, etc... many white, black, asian people etc have those jobs, but a majority where I live are hispanic.

If it can be filled by a willing legal citizen OR legal immigrant, then it should be. That's all I'm saying. Illegals shouldn't get to keep a job when a legal citizen wants the job.

Now if the majority in the area are illegal immigrants, that's a whole different situation from what I'm talking about.

I don't disagree with that. And i'm not saying that NEVER goes on. However I live in Md, and we have issues with the crap picking plants having to use guest workers because simply put it most locals don't want to pick crab meat for 8-10 dollars an hour in 90 degree weather.

I was agreeing with you. I guess what I meant was... it's not "just" a job for hispanic people (many people may associate that with it, like field work), but many blue color workers of all races do that work. I agree that legal citizens should get them first. I guess many people assume that other races may feel that work is beneath them, but it's not, because there are other races doing that work.
