What brand are these cups? And do you ever have a problem with them leaking? I've been trying to find cups my daughter will actually take that won't leak and we only have one that doesnt leak so we have to wash it all day and it sucks when were out.

These are the munchkin ones. And actually they dont really leak on me. The only time something comes out is is my son throws it and it lands on the spout. It will trickle just a tad bit but nothing like alot of sippy cups.

Well i say go ahead and try one with him. I don't really think their is any set in stone time to start on sippy cups. It's whenever LO will take it.

lol my son is almost a year and drinks out of both. I dont care what you do with you're kids, stupid of you to judge other mother for using a bottle smfh

I'm not judging you! If he is started on a sippy at his age that is awesome!!! I'm talking about people who don't even try to introduce it to their children or let them drink from a bottle till they are two and three and even FOUR years old! You need to take a step back and chill dude.

yeah its a softer spout but its not as soft as like the nubby sippy cups. This is munchkin brand.

My youngest drinks from soft and hard spout lol. My brother just got my 19 month old niece bottle broke and I'm just like really?

It's not uncommon, my dd would not take a bottle at all. We introduced a sippy cup around 6 months. She just played around with it mostly and I'm not even sure when she started drinking out of it, but I do remember that by 12 months that was all she drank out of during the day and she weaned from nursing about a month later.

My doctor recommended introducing my daughter to a sippy cup around 3-4 months old because he said the transition is normally tough for them. I gave her a sippy one time and she refused all bottles and pacifiers after that. She is now 15 months old going on 25 years old ;)
