question regarding order of protection

Long story short, I had to get an order of protection against my ex boyfriend in August after he tried running me off the road with his truck..I had a friend and 3 month old nephew in the car at the time so I felt it was a matter of my safety, and families, to get an order of protection against him. it's good for 2 years. he is not to be within 500 ft of me or my place of residence. a month or so after I got mine against him, he filled one against me because I was in a vehicle that drove past his house..his against me is good for 6 months and I can't be within 250 ft of him. (remember when I said long story short? I lied.) I got a letter last week stating I have to come back to court to get a modified order of protection because he wants to be able to visit his sister's house anytime he wants to ESPECIALLY for holidays. His sister lives right down the road from me..like a block? so he would be within 500 ft of me anytime he wants to if the judge allows it. I haven't no problems with him visiting his sister for the holidays, but allowing him to go there anytime he wants to is kinda bullsmurf because he could start harassing me or driving by to stalk me and say he was leaving his sister's house..(there is an alley way between my house and the next street over and his sister's house is right at the end of it..) if the judge allows him to go there whenever he wants, then my order of protection would have to be modified as well, right? can I fight it or is it not worth arguing over?

Um. If it were me I would have no issue with him visiting his own sister, even if it were a block away from my house.

I would just find out what the judge says when you go, you can pose your concerns to the judge and he can fill you in with it all.

They might change the proximity. Like instead of 500 ft it will be 250. That way he can go to his sister's anytime he wants but he can't pass your house.

Maube the judge can order he can visit his sister but thats as clowe to ur house as he can get. And he cant be using the alley. And unless ur on a dead end road he can come from the other direction. Personally id atleast want to know when he was going to be visiting so i could be somewhere else.

But also he needs to learn there r consequences for his actions and not going to his sisters house is a consequence.
