pregnancy after tubal ligation?!

So, I'm 11 weeks post partum with my third and hoped to be final baby. I am ebf him as I did all three of my kids. I bled for five weeks, and have had nothing since. After my first two I went right back to having regular periods immediately. I have however been having pain during intercourse which seems to center around my cervix. I also notice that I spot after sex. I never had that problem except foe in the early part of my pregnancy. Im also noticing constant headaches (Idk why, but I got them in the beginning and ends of all my pregnancies) and just seem tired constantly. Its not new Mom sleepy. Im used to running on only a couple hours sleep, and my baby sleeps through the night so I get a good 5-6 hours straight. My stomach is also bloating, but I've not gained weight? Two weeks ago, I had some mild cramping like period cramps but only had light pink spotting for about 12 hours. My pap smear came back completely normal and im married, was STD tested a year ago, and was clean (and obviously again during my pregnancy!). So im getting worried that im pregnant again. I got pregnant with my second when my first was only 15 weeks. My doctors office didn't offer much reassurance. They told me to come in for a blood pregnancy test and ultrasound!!!! They think im pregnant too. Please tell me this is completely impossible to be happening right now. My husband and o are both scared!

its possible.. if you JUST had the tubal ligation it could of incorrectly healed and left just an opening enough for an egg to get fertalized.

Im seriously scared to death of having another baby. My husband would lose it. I had my tubes clamped during my csection.... I thought id be safe lol. Ugh. Guess I have no choice but to make a doc appt next week

you take a pregnancy test... each PP is different, i bled different legnths with randon spotting with some.

take a test.. if its negative you proably arent pregnatn. your worrying yourself too much when taking a simple preg test can at loeast put your mind at ease until you have a dr appt

It's normal not to get your PP period for quite a while if you're EBF. Some women can go a year or more without a period. I would take a HPT though, just to be sure, because there is a tiny chance of pregnancy after a tubal ligation.

I know it's normal not to have periods but like I said I always did so I was worried. I bled same length pretty much with all of my kids 4-5and weeks. What scares me most is I feel like I may be pregnant. Ugh!!!! My first was conceived on birth control pills, my second was four months after my first was born and I had only had one period, was planning on getting on birth control two days after I found out I was pregnant lol. I was surprised with my second for sure. Third tome, I had miscarried a couple months before he was conceived while I had a Mirena in. My baby was not expected. Id been using condoms and was told I was sterile at that point . Maybe im just paranoid but my track record gives me reason to be lol

its not rocket science.. GO TEST....... instead of thinking your pregnant at 11 weeks pPP after a tubal ligatation... go pee on a stick.. then freak out

Take a pregnancy test.   That way you can quit worrying.
